Payroll Check Writing Options   Calculating the amount to be paid Calculating and writing the payroll check Remote payroll Client Bookkeeping Solutions (CBS)         Calculating the payroll check: With this option, we will calculate the payroll check in accordance with the information that you send to us. You have different options to get your information to us; you can fax, mail, email or drop off the information in our office.   Calculating and writing the payroll check: With this option, you will use the same options as above for getting your payroll information to us, but we will take an additional step and actually print the payroll check for you. We will then either deliver the checks back to you, mail them to you, or you may come by our office to pick them up.   Remote payroll:  With this option, you will log onto our secure website and key in the payroll hours through a secure link, which is then sent back to us. We then download your file and are able to calculate the amount of the payroll checks. You are then able to print the checks from our website, or we can print them for you. Again we will either deliver the checks to you, mail them to you, or you may come by our office to pick them up.   CBS (Client Bookkeeping Solutions):  With this option, the program is loaded onto your computer, and you key everything directly into this system. On a monthly basis, we are able to pull that information directly into our system. This program offers the payroll calculations and printing of the paychecks which you can print, or we can print. CBS can also offer a wide variety of services. If you are interested in learning more please contact our office.   Whether you are a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly depositor of payroll taxes, we can also calculate the amount of your deposit for you. We can prepare your deposit slip to be taken to the bank, or we can enroll you in EFTPS, in which you are able to pay the IRS through their secure website.   EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System):  This is the ability to electrically file your federal payroll deposits. We can get you set up on this system if you are not already. This step will save you time, there will be no need to rush to the bank before 2:00 on the date of deposit, your deposit will be automatically taken out of your checking account, and we will inform you of the date and amount to be withdrawn. Another option for EFTPS is that we provide you with the information to make the deposit electronically yourself.   We are here to help make your daily routine less complicated so that you have more time to spend on your business and its success.
